Asekuro was born at the intersection of personal passion and firsthand experience. After starting in the personal lines insurance business, our founder, Manuel Klinar, quickly recognized how fragmented and overpriced the industry had become. Later, while helping scale a national mortgage bank, he witnessed the immense strain that insurance costs, payroll inefficiencies, and HR complexities place on growing companies.

In the bustling cityscape of tech hubs and burgeoning industries, the founders of Virtu Innovations, Alex Martinez and Jamie Lee, identified a critical gap in the market: small to medium-sized businesses struggling to manage HR tasks without the overhead of a full department.
